I’m an open government and open data professional who is passionate about helping governments and civil society develop new programs and technology for more open, democratic, and healthy societies. My skillset is nimble.

From developing ecosystem scans, to program design, stakeholder or vendor engagement, to launch day and beyond, I develop new programs at the intersection of technology and bureaucracy. I’ve overseen data standards development, educational programs for high level government staff, and built innovative “open gov,” civic technology, and open data projects. With a diverse network of and depth of experience, I bring fresh ideas steeped in nearly 20 years in the field.
